GENERAL FEATURES

IMPELLER
1. 6 contact points on the shaft.
2. 6 weld points on each vane.
3. 5 different shapes of vane.
4. AISI 04 stainless steel sheet with thickness minimum 1 mm.

DIFFUSER
5. Minimum sheet thickness 1mm.
6. Intermediate bearing over-dimensioned at each pump stage.
7. Neck ring in NBR with reinforcing ring in stainless steel.

TOP BEARING
8. Upper bearing water-lubricated in each pump.

SHAFT
9. Quenched disk for axial forces absorption.
10. Pin to ensure that motors function correctly up to 7.5kW.
11. Very high-quality coupling.
